Baked Beans Casserole by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Macaroni boiled 2 cups
  • Baked beans 1 can
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cheese 2-3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour with tomato puree and keep it aside.
  2. Heat butter in one pan and cook ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Now add capsicum rings and onion rings, toast it and take it out.
  4. Then fold crushed red pepper, salt, tomato puree, baked beans and boiled macaroni.
  5. After that, put ketchup and spread mixture in greased baking dish.
  6. Spread onion and capsicum on top.
  7. Then sprinkle grated cheese.
  8. Now put 1 tbsp butter and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees C.
