					Ingredients:
- Cashew nut 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 1 cup
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green onion 2-3 sticks
- Red chili paste 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- First grind cashew nut.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add grinded cashew nut, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili paste and salt, mix it and cook it.
- Now add green onion and mix it.
- Then dissolve corn four in water, add in it and cook until thick.
- When dip sauce becomes thick, then dish out it.
