Honey & Date Ice Cream by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Cream 2 cups
• Chopped dates 1 cup
• Honey 1/2 cup
• Gelatin powder 1 tsp
• Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
• Raisins 1/2 cup
• Condensed milk 1 cup
• Chopped almonds 1/2 cup

Method:

1. Beat cream nicely until fluffy.
2. Now chop chopped dates, raisins and chopped almonds finely.
3. Then dissolve gelatin powder in water.
4. After that put cream, dry fruit, gelatin, honey, condensed milk and vanilla powder in pot and mix it.
5. After that, put in air tight jar and keep for 4-5 hours.
