Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Hung curd 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Iceberg lettuce julienne 1 cup
  • Pickled cucumber sliced 2
  • Jalapeno pepper sliced 2
  • Round large samosa roti 4-6
  • Garlic sauce as required

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken with paprika, crushed cumin, all spice, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice, hung curd, black pepper, crushed red pepper, vinegar and garlic paste and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and fry marinated chicken in pan until it becomes ready.
  3. Spread round large samosa roti on table and fold little in round.
  4. Now put garlic sauce, iceberg lettuce julienne, cooked chicken, jalapeno pepper sliced and pickled cucumber sliced and roll first from sides.
  5. After that roll more and grill until crispy.
