Tandoori Paratha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Yeast 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ghee for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except ghee and knead soft dough.
  2. Now leave it for rise for 1 hour.
  3. Then make 4 balls and roll in quarter size roll.
  4. Now paste ghee, sprinkle flour and roll portions like Swiss roll.
  5. Then roll little more and shallow fry on tawa.
