Tandoori Paratha by Shireen Anwer
- Flour 2 cups
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Yeast 1-1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Ghee for frying
- Mix all ingredients except ghee and knead soft dough.
- Now leave it for rise for 1 hour.
- Then make 4 balls and roll in quarter size roll.
- Now paste ghee, sprinkle flour and roll portions like Swiss roll.
- Then roll little more and shallow fry on tawa.
