Ingredients:

  • Oreo biscuits crushed 200 gm
  • Butter melted 4 oz

For Cake:

  • Eggs 6
  • Sugar 6 oz
  • Flour 5 oz
  • Coco powder 1 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 200 gm
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple syrup as required

Method:

  1. Make sponge cake and divide into 3 portions.
  2. For cake assemble: Mix biscuits crushed with melted butter.
  3. Take one 9 inch lose bottom pan and line on base.
  4. Now make first layer of cake with crushed biscuits.
  5. Then moist second layer with pineapple layer and spread vanilla ice cream.
  6. Now cover it with third layer of cake.
  7. Then spread fresh cream whipped, decorate with biscuits and chocolate sauce and serve chill.
