Achari Vegetables With Shrimps by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 1 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Mix vegetable pickle 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. First heat oil, fry potatoes, peas, carrot, capsicum and shrimps and take out.
  2. Put 1/2 cup water in remaining oil.
  3. Together put red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, mix vegetable pickle and tomato paste.
  4. After that, add fried vegetables and shrimps and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Then close the stove, put chop green coriander and green chilies.
  6. Achari vegetable with shrimps is ready.
