  • Grated ginger 2-inch piece
  • Chopped mint leaves a bunch
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin or chat powder (optional) a pinch
  • Soda 1 bottle
  • Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  • Sugar 2 tbsp


  1. Grind together grated ginger, mint leaves, cumin powder, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Grind till sugar dissolves.
  3. Strain and add this mixture to jug. Add salt
  4. After straining, top with soda and ice. Serve chilled.
