Ingredients:

  • Chicken 16 pieces
  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion paste 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash spinach nicely and soak with 1/2 tsp turmeric.
  2. Now heat oil in pot, put onion paste and do light pink. Then put ginger garlic paste, chicken and salt.
  3. When water of chicken dries, put red chili powder and turmeric, roast it lightly, add some water and cook till chicken tender.
  4. Then take out  spinach from turmeric powder, boil in its own water and grind it.
  5. Then add chicken, put chopped green chilies and roast it nicely.
  6. Now put butter and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Palak chicken is ready.
