Pepper Chicken Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 4
  • Onion paste 2
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry onion paste until light pink.
  2. Now put chicken, ginger paste and salt, dry chicken water and roast it.
  3. Then add crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, tomato puree, lemon juice and roasted & crushed cumin, roast it lightly and keep on simmer.
  4. Pepper chicken masala is ready.
