Ingredients:

  • Mince meat 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mince, onions, green chilies, green coriander, cumin and whole coriander in chopper and grind finely.
  2. Now mix ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, papaya and egg, give shape of kabab and freeze it.
