					Ingredients:
- Eggs boiled 4-5
 
- Chicken 300 gm
 
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
 
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
- Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
 
- All purpose flour 1-2 tbsp
 
- Green onion 1-2 sticks
 
- Eggs beaten 1-2
 
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
 
- Oil for frying
 
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Boil eggs hard.
 
- Then peel it and cool it.
 
- Now add chicken, garlic paste, black pepper, worcester sauce, flour, spring onion and salt in chopper and make paste.
 
- Now coat boiled eggs with paste.
 
- Then dip coated eggs in beaten eggs.
 
- Now coat with bread crumbs, fry it, take it out in serving dish.
 
- In end, decorate with green onion.
