Egg Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 3
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilly 1
  • chopped spring onion 1
  • Boondi 2-3 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. In bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chili and salt.
  2. In plate, cut boiled egg into two and spread chutney over boiled egg.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion, garam masala, boondi over eggs and serve immediately.
