Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pizza Topping:

  • Beef fajita as required
  • Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
  • Butter as required

Method:

  1. For pizza dough: Heat water, mix yeast and sugar nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
  3. When dough rises, take it out and fold with hands.
  4. For topping: Make bun, fill with beef fajita and mozzarella cheese and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Take it out, keep in serving plate and serve hot.
