Ingredients:

  • Dry apricot 500 gm
  • Bread slices 5-6
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, crispy fry bread slices, take it out and keep it aside.
  2. Now boil dry apricots in water until tender.
  3. Then separate its water and take out seeds from apricots pulp.
  4. Put apricots pulp in pot and add its water.
  5. Then add sugar and almonds.
  6. Now add oil, mix it nicely and cook until it becomes paste.
  7. Then put milk and cook it nicely.
  8. Now spread bread slice small pieces.
  9. Then put khubani ka meetha on top.
  10. Now garnish with cream and almonds and serve.
