Diet Bake Yogurt Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg pieces 3-4
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Onion 1
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Curry leaves 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Whisk yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast whole coriander, whole cumin, cloves and curry leaves on tawa or pan.
  2. Now put in blender, also add onion, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and whisk yogurt, blend it nicely and prepare marination.
  3. Now mark cuts on chicken with knife and marinate it.
  4. Then put olive oil on oven tray, keep chicken on it, put remaining marination on top and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Take out chicken and serve.
