Palak Gosht Dhaba Style by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 4 bunches
  • Soya 1 bunch
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Tomatoes 2 sliced
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil mutton in 2 cup water until it is approx ready. Now keep it aside.
  2. Then soak fenugreek leaves, soya and green chilies in some hot water until soft.
  3. Then blend it and keep it aside.
  4. Heat ghee in handi, put onion, tomatoes sliced, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder and cumin and fry it nicely.
  5. Then add blended spinach mixture and fry it nicely until oil comes up.
  6. In end, put cream, coriander leaves and green chilies, fry it and take it out.
