Nargisi Chicken Masala by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 grinded
  • Khoya 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Spinach leaves 250 gm
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken until light golden.
  2. Now take it out from oil and fry onion grinded and ginger garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Then cook coriander powder, salt, chili powder, chicken and 1/2 cup water until chicken tender.
  4. Dissolve saffron in little water and put in chicken mixture.
  5. Now take chicken from masalay and keep it aside.
  6. Then heat 1/4 cup oil in pan and fry spinach leaves with masalay nicely.
  7. Now cook on low flame so that spinach cooks.
  8. Beat eggs and spread on spinach.
  9. When eggs set, put chicken on it and take it out in serving dish.
