Fruit & Nutty Cup Cakes by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Butter softened 5 oz
  • Brown sugar 2-1/2 oz
  • Caster sugar 2-1/2 oz
  • Self raising flour 7 oz
  • Eggs 3
  • Almond essence 1/2 tsp
  • Mix chopped nuts 1/4 cup
  • Mixed dried fruits 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Line cup cake tray with paper cases.
  2. Now put butter, brown sugar, flour, eggs and almond essence in bowl and beat for 2 minutes until light and creamy.
  3. Then add nuts and dried fruits and stir it until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Now put mixture in cup cake tray and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 5 minutes.
  5. In end, coo, it and serve.
