Bhuna Gosht

Ingredients:

  •  Beef boneless 1 kg
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • onion 2 pcs
  • bay leaves 1 pcs
  • black pepper 4-5 pcs
  • clove 2 pcs 
  • cinnamon 2 pcs
  • big cardamom 3 pcs
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • coriander pwd 1/4 tsp
  • salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • tomato 2 pcs
  • yogurt 1/2 cup
  • green chili 203 pcs
  • ginger 1 pcs
  • coriander 2 tbsp
  • lemon for garnish

Method:

  1. Fry onions in the oil till they are reddish.
  2. Then add in all the garam masala and the meat and cook untill its red.
  3. Now add in the rest of the ingredients and cook.
  4. In the end add yogurt and tomatoes and keep on dam
  5. Garnish before serving.

Lacha Fry Gosht

Ingredients:

  • beef undercut 750 gm
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • brown sugar 2 tbsp

For sauce

  • oil 2 tbsp
  • tomato 5 pcs
  • garlic 2 clove 
  • crushed red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • green chili 4-5 pcs

Method:

  1. Cut the beef undercut in strips.
  2. Marinate it with soya sauce and brown sugar.
  3. Fry in oil and serve with sauce.

Method for sauce:

  1. Blend tomatoes in a blender.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic
  3. Now add red chili , salt , crushed red chilies , green chilies , turmeric and the blended tomatoes and cook.
