Gulzar Special Bong Nihari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Bong meat 1/2 kg
  • Stock 1-1/2 liter
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Gulzar special nihari masala 2 tbsp
  • Big onions 2
  • All purpose flour as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger as required
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Green chili as required
  • Lemon as required

Method:

  1. Roast flour nicely.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light brown.
  3. Now put ginger garlic paste and meat and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put masala, roast on high flame for 1-2 minutes and add stock.
  5. When meat tender, dissolve flour in water, add little little and mix it.
  6. When gravy is thick, give bhagar of onion, garnish with ginger, coriander, chili and lemon and serve.
