                                  PUFF PASTRY
INGREDIENTS:
  • Flour:              1/2 kg
  • Uni Puff:         300 gm
  • Salt:                 as required
  • Water:             as required
METHOD:
  1. Make a soft dough by adding 1/2 kg flour, water and salt.
  2. Now flatten the dough and add uni puff in its center now roll the chapati with puff.
  3. Again flatten the dough and make 3-4 layers by this method.
  4. Keep adding dry flour while flattening the dough.

                COCONUT SWEET PUFF

INGREDIENTS:
  • Puff pastry:          250 gm
  • Grated Coconut:  1 cup
  • Dry Fruit:            1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar:      250 gm
METHOD:
  1. Flatten dough of 250 gm puff pastry.
  2. Now foment 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits and 1 cup grated coconut. 
  3. Now make treacle of 250 mg brown sugar, then add dry fruits and coconut in it.
  4. Now pour this material on puff pastry and roll it.
  5.  Now bake at 200 C heated oven.
  6. Coconut puff pastry is ready to serve.
