Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Eggs 8
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Saffron essence few drops
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Almonds pistachios as required
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices and do pieces.
  2. Now add eggs and mix it.
  3. Then add ghee in pan, put sugar and dissolve it.
  4. Now put bread mixture and roast it.
  5. When halwa leaves ghee, put saffron essence and saffron and mix it.
  6. In end, dish out it, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
