					Ingredients:
- Grated radish 1/2 kg
 
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
 
- Raw mango powder 1 tsp
 
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
 
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
 
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
 
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
 
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
 
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
 
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
For Making Paratha:
- Flour 2 cup
 
- Ghee for frying
 
- Gram flour 1 cup
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
 
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
 
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
 
- Water for kneading
 
Method:
- Put all ingredients in pan and mix it.
 
- For parathay: Put flour, gram flour, salt, cumin powder, whole coriander, red chili powder in pan and knead with water.
 
- Now make small small portions, roll rotiyan, fill with radish mixture, roll second roti, keep on top, put ghee on tawa and fry paratha.
