Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Tomato (chopped) 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Ginger chopped as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry onion for 5-7 minutes til light golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, mince, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and cumin and fry it.
  3. Then add yogurt and fry more.
  4. Now put water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
  5. Then put beaten eggs and mix it.
  6. In end, put tomato, all spice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger, simmer it for 5 minutes and serve with parathay.
