					Ingredients:
- Green chilies big 8
- Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Chicken cube 1
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Mix gram flour, egg, salt, chicken cube and yogurt in bowl and make thick paste with lukewarm water.
- Now grind coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mint leaves in chopper.
- Then mix salt and tamarind pulp.
- Then mark cut on green chilies and fill chutney.
- Now soak in gram flour and deep fry in hot oil.
- When golden brown, serve with tamarind pulp.
