					Ingredients:
- Spinach leaves 10-12
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 2-3
- Chicken cube 1
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Cumin ground 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Soda bicarbonate 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
 
Method:
- Wash spinach and soak with turmeric.
- Then take it out and keep it whole.
- Now strain gram flour.
- Then mix yogurt, soda, chicken cube and egg.
- Then dissolve it with lukewarm nicely.
- Then add red chilies, cumin, green chilies and salt.
- Then dip 1 spinach leaves each in gram flour and deep fry it.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve with chili sauce.
