					Ingredients:
For Poori:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boiled Bengal gram 1 cup
- Crushed & roasted cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 5-6
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- For poori: Add all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead soft dough.
- Now make small small portions of it.
- For filling: Put all in ingredients in chopper and grind it.
- Now fill it in portions and roll thin like poori.
- Then heat oil on high flame in pot and fry pooriyan.
