Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Peanut 2 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chilli 6
  • Onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Nestle yogurt 1 1/2
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli, Coriander leaves as required

Method:

  1. For koftay: Roast sesame seeds, cumin, peanuts and red chili on tawa and grind it.
  2. Now put beef, roasted & grinded masala, ginger garlic paste and salt in chopped and grind finely.
  3. Then mix egg and make koftay.
  4. For gravy: Put yogurt, fried onion, chaat masala, red chili, lemon juice, coriander and ginger garlic paste in blender and grind it.
  5. Now heat oil and put curry leaves.
  6. When aroma comes, add yogurt mixture and roast it.
  7. Then add 1 glass water and koftay and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  8. Then close stove and put green chili and coriander leaves.
