Ingredients:

  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil chicken in water until water dries.
  2. Now mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, egg, red pepper, red chili powder, coriander, cumin and gram flour.
  3. Then marinate chicken with this paste for 30 minutes.
  4. Then coat with bread crumbs and sesame seeds mixture and deep fry it.
  5. Then keep on salad leaves and serve with tamarind chutney.
