Ingredients:

  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken tikka pieces 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Multi Sauce:

  • Green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with black pepper, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil and fry garlic.
  3. Then add chicken, cover it and cook until tender.
  4. Now take out in dish.
  5. For multi sauce: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it.
  6. Now cook sauce in frying pan for 1 minute, put in chicken and serve.
