Egg & Mushroom Buns by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Cheese grated 4 tbsp
  • Mushrooms sliced 4 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp each
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper for garnish

Method:

  1. Remove upper part of burger buns and take out center part with spoon.
  2. Now spread ketchup, spread butter on edges and keep it aside.
  3. Then heat 1-1/2 tbsp butter and fry onion until soft.
  4. Now put mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Then remove from stove.
  6. Then put salt and pepper.
  7. Now put this mixture in hole of buns.
  8. Then break raw egg and put in hole.
  9. Repeat this step on all buns.
  10. Now put cheese on eggs.
  11. Then bake buns in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  12. In end, sprinkle coriander leaves and red pepper.
