Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Onions chopped 2
  • Garlic chopped 6
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds chopped 2 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required

For Vegetables:

  • Carrots 2
  • Long chopped capsicums 6
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Put egg, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, black pepper, tomato ketchup, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika powder and lemon juice in beef mince and mix it nicely.
  2. Now make kabab.
  3. Then heat oil, fry kabab and take it out.
  4. For vegetables: Heat butter, put all ingredients, fry it, put on kabab and serve.

Shimla Mirch Kabab is a Pakistani Lovers Dish, prepared with Beef, Onion & Egg and served with Naan, Vegetables, Raita, Sauce, Ketchup or Paratha. It can also be served as Bun Kabab or Paratha Roll.
