  • Fresh cream 8 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Eggs (beaten) 2


  1. Roll dough into 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Now cut long strips and brush with beaten eggs.
  3. Now roll in cream roll cone and brush sides with eggs.
  4. Now keep it on greased tray, brush again with beaten eggs and bake for 20 min.
  5. Then cool it, take it out from cone and fill with fresh cream.

Cream Roll is a type of Sponge Cake Roll. It is filled with cream and baked in Oven. It is easy dish and you can make in home.
