Ingredients:

  • Chicken (12 pieces) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 bowl
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Lemons 2
  • Fresh cream 2 packet
  • Finely chopped onions 3
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cups
  • Oil 1 bowl

Method:

  1. Mix chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, 1/2 bunch mint leaves, green chilies and yogurt in pot and boil it.
  2. When water dries, mix black pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Now heat oil in wok, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and spread it.
  4. Then put hot oil in chicken.
  5. Now boil rice.
  6. Also put 1/2 bunch mint leaves and 2-3 green chilies and boil 2/4.
  7. Then drain water.
  8. Now mix cream in chicken.
  9. Then make layer of half rice and spread chicken.
  10. Crush half onion and mix it.
  11. Then make layer of remaining rice.
  12. Then mix food color in milk, put it and simmer it.
  13. When steam come up, serve hot biryani with raita.
