Ingredients:

  • Eggplants 3
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Raw onion paste 2
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemon juice as required

Method:

  1. Roast eggplants on stove and blend with little water.
  2. Now heat oil in pot, fry chopped onions golden brown, take it out and spread so that it becomes crisp.
  3. Then put raw onion paste and do light pink.
  4. Now put beef mince, turmeric, red chili powder and turmeric, roast it lightly and put eggplants.
  5. Then put green chilies, tamarind paste, salt, cumin and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Then put fried onion and mint leaves and serve.

Bhartay Wala Keema is Delicious Dish. It has flavor of Eggplants. It is made in Bharta style.
