Gulzar Special Nalli Nihari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef (big pieces) 1 kg
  • Bones (Nalli) 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Gulzar special masala 3 tbsp
  • Onion big 2
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger as required
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Lemon as required

Method:

  1. Add water as required, nalli bones and ginger garlic paste in pot and cook for 3-4 hour.
  2. Now strain it, spread nalli and stock and waste bones.
  3. Then roast maida nicely.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light brown.
  5. Now put ginger, garlic and beef and roast it nicely.
  6. Then put special masala and roast for 1-2 minutes on high flame and add stock.
  7. When meat tender, dissolve maida in water, add gradually gradually and mix it.
  8. When gravy is thick, add nalli.
  9. Then give bhagar of onion.
  10. Then garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon and ginger and serve.

Chef Gulzar has made Gulzar Special Nalli Nihari with His Own Style. It is South Asian Stew. It is national dish of Pakistani. It is specially served in Sehri in Ramadan.
