Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Decoration:

  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Tomatoes 2

Method:

  1. Put beef mince, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper and Chinese salt in chopper and chop it.
  2. Put eggs in bowl and beat it.
  3. Then put beef mince in mold and give shape of cutlets with hands.
  4. Then coat with flour and dip in eggs.
  5. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Make all cutlets like this.
  7. You can make in different shapes.
  8. Now heat oil in pan, put cutlets slowly slowly and fry until golden color.
  9. Remember, flame should not be high.
  10. Then take it out in serving dish, garnish with lettuce leaves and tomatoes and serve.

Beef Nuggets is Delicious and good in Taste. It is Appetizer Dish, prepared with Beef Mince and served with Sauce or Ketchup.
