Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped & fried onion 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg 1
  • Paprika 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp
  • Burger buns 6
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Tomato slice as required
  • Cucumber slice as required
  • Cheese slice 4
  • French fries for serve
  • Coleslaw salad for serve
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter or Mayonnaise to spread

Method:

  1. Marinate mince with onion, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, bread slice, egg, paprika, oregano and thyme.
  2. Then mix chopped onion and chopped bread, make small balls, flat it and make pattie.
  3. Now shallow fry it on low flame for 8-10 minutes on both sides.
  4. Spread mayonnaise and butter on 1 side of bun and keep lettuce leaves and tomato.
  5. Then keep fry pattie and bun and then keep lettuce leaves and cucumber.
  6. Then keep one more fry pattie and cheese and cover with second bun.
  7. Then serve with french fries and coleslaw salad.

Double Decker Burger is Delicious Burger. It has 2 layers of Patti and stuffed in bun with cheese and lettuce leaves.
