Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 4
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, black pepper, ginger garlic, salt, red chilies, chaat masala and turmeric in bowl.
  2. Now heat oil and put onion.
  3. Then roast tomato paste and masalay.
  4. Then add salt and black pepper.
  5. Make chicken breast in pocket shape and fill roasted masala.
  6. Then heat butter, put chicken and cover.
  7. When it dries and color comes, put yogurt masala and cover it.
  8. When water dries, add cream and close stove.

Stuffed Chicken Masala is amazing & easy dish. You can make at home instead of buying from restaurants.
