Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

For Topping:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Onion slice 1
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 400 gm
  • Tomato slice 2
  • Mushroom slice 1/2 cup
  • Sausages 250 gm
  • Black olives 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Now add salt, baking powder and yeast in maida, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then knead dough again.
  4. Then roll it.
  5. Dough is ready.
  6. For sauce: Heat pan and roast onion.
  7. Add tomato puree and garlic paste, mix it nicely, put black pepper, red chili and salt and roast it nicely.
  8. When oil comes up, take it out.
  9. Sauce is ready.
  10. For topping: Spread butter on all sides of pizza.
  11. Then put oregano.
  12. Now put sauce and then put onion slice and cheese.
  13. Then put onion slice, tomato and mushroom slice and put cheese on top.
  14. Then put sausages and olives.
  15. Now press upper surface.
  16. Now bake pizza on 200 degrees C for 15-18 minutes.
  17. Sausages pizza is ready.

Sausage Pizza is delicious pizza. The flavor of sausages & cheese is amazing. You can make it with any meat.
