Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • Chopped dark chocolate 250 gm
  • Black coffee 2 tbsp
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Chopped almonds 1-3/4 cup
  • Eggs (white & yolk separated) 6

For Garnish:

  • Chocolate shavings

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 170 degrees C.
  2. Now line 23 m spring-form tin with baking paper.
  3. Now keep chocolate and coffee on double boiler and melt it.
  4. Then mix butter, sugar and vanilla essence until butter melts.
  5. Now remove from stove and add almonds.
  6. Then beat egg yolks with lightly hands and mix in chocolate mixture.
  7. Now beat egg whites in bowl and mix in chocolate mixture.
  8. Now put in tin and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  9. Then take it out from oven, cool it, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake is yummy cake. It is prepared with dark chocolate & coffee. You can do with any topping.
