Korma Rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Small cardamom 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat ghee in pot, fry onion until brown and take it out.
  3. Then marinate chicken with onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cumin, bay leaves, red chili powder, salt and turmeric for 30 minutes.
  4. Now cook it in ghee for 30 minutes and roast it nicely.
  5. Then put green chilies, mint leaves and 1 glass water.
  6. Now add soaked rice.
  7. When it boils, simmer it, then put kewra and mix it.

Korma Rice is tasty rice dish. It is prepared with chicken. It is other variety of rice.
