Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put carrot, capsicum, chicken cubes, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and eggs and mix it nicely.
  2. Then boiled rice and some water, cover it and simmer on low flame.
  3. When simmer is completed, take out in dish and serve.

Egg Fried Rice is amazing dish. Its origin is China. It is very easy recipe to make with few ingredients.
