- Semolina 250 gm
- Ghee 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Milk 750 gm
- Cardamom 4
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachio as required
- Soak semolina before 2 hours.
- Then heat ghee and roast semolina.
- When ghee comes up, put sugar and roast more.
- Now add crushed cardamom.
- Also put kewra and khoya and roast it little.
- Then take out in dish, sprinkle almonds and pistachio and serve.
