Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Green chilies 4-6
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon for garnish
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil with salt in wok, add chicken and fry it.
  2. Then add ginger paste and garlic paste, cook more, add green chilies, lemon juice, white pepper, red chilies, all spice powder and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  3. When chicken tender, put yogurt and roast it nicely.
  4. Then garnish with lemon, ginger and coriander leaves and serve.
