Sizzling Beef

Ingredients:

  • Undercut beef slices 1/2 kg
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

For Steak Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Sweet sauce 1/2 cup
  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with chili sauce, hoisin sauce, white pepper, salt, sugar, egg white, corn flour and oil for 1 hour.
  2. Now deep fry it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
  3. For sauce: Fry garlic until golden.
  4. Now add sweet sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, soya sauce and stock.
  5. Then put beef in sauce and mix corn flour paste.
  6. Now heat oil, cook beef and sauce on sizzler slightly and serve hot.

Sizzling Beef is wonderful dish. Beef is marinated with sauce & cooked with sauce in sizzler. It is served with sideline.
