Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Kewra 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom 6
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Ghee as required
  • Almonds, Pistachio for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan, add cardamom and vermicelli and roast it.
  2. Then add milk, cook for 5 minutes, add condensed milk and simmer it for 15 minutes.
  3. When vermicelli cooks, add kewra and yellow color, cook more for 5 minutes, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.

Muzaffar is wonderful sweet dish. It is prepared with condensed milk & vermicelli and garnished with nuts.
