Kashmiri Mutton Masala

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Green chilies, Coriander leaves as required
  • Finely chopped almonds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put onion in handi (clay pot).
  2. Now put ginger garlic, black cumin, salt and mutton.
  3. Then roast it lightly and add hot water.
  4. Also put tomatoes, Kashmiri red chili paste, turmeric and coconut and keep on low flame.
  5. When meat tender, roast it slightly.
  6. Then put green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.

Kashmiri Mutton Masala is delicious & spicy dish. It is prepared with mutton & Kashmiri red chilies paste. You can prepared with beef.
