Oven Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Leak 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dry herbs 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix garlic paste, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, worcestershire sauce, dry herbs and lemon juice nicely in small bowl and marinate chicken nicely.
  2. Then melt butter in pot on medium flame, add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Then take out in plate, add vegetables and add chicken stock and bay leaf.
  4. Now put worcestershire sauce and all vegetable juice, keep on aluminum foil and bake on 220 degrees C for 45 minutes.
  5. When tender, add flour, butter, salt and black pepper and cook it.

Oven Roasted Chicken is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with garlic paste mixture & baked. It is served with boiled vegetables and sauce.
